•  make pledges or promises of conduct in office other than the faithful and impartial performance of the duties of the office;
• make statements that commit or appear to commit the candidate with respect to cases, controversies or issues that are likely to come before the court; or
• knowingly misrepresent the identity, qualifications, present position or other fact concerning the candidate or an opponent 

Candidate Woody Clermont shares all information on this page, in conjunction with the Committee to Elect Woody Clermont, to in no way judicially promote any particular partisan activities, in no way deviate from the impartiality requirement, and quite importantly to in no way suggest or rely on bias. 

Additionally candidate Woody Clermont will not comment on cases, issues or controversies that might arise and come before the Court. Candidate Woody Clermont will not misrepresent any facts or mislead the public regarding himself or any opponents.
